What's covered: LabelMax printers are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the printer. We'll repair or replace any component that fails under normal use, at no charge for parts or labor.

- Loss or damage from accident, misuse, or unauthorized alteration
- Equipment used for a purpose other than its intended design
- Damage resulting from unauthorized service or non-LabelMax supplies
